Click a citation and read the passage yourself.
A citation isn't a link to a whole file. It opens the exact passage the answer used, with its page, how it was read, and a fingerprint that ties it to the version of the document you uploaded.

- The exact passageEach citation resolves to one stored passage of one document — not a search result, not a guess.
- Where it came fromPage, size, the document's security classification, and whether it was read from text or from an image.

It tells you what it could not verify.
Most assistants sound equally confident whether they're right or not. TotalRAG checks its own quotes against the source and says so when they don't match — and when a question could mean several things, it asks instead of picking one.

The figure, not just the words.
Manuals explain with diagrams; reports argue with charts. When a cited page carries a figure, the answer brings it along — tagged with the same citation numbers as the sentences it supports.

For “find every…”, it reads the whole document.
Search is built to find the few passages most relevant to a question. That's the wrong tool when missing one matters — every obligation in a contract, every deadline in a tender, every mention of personal data. A sweep reads every passage, keeps each finding with its quote and page, and tells you exactly how much it examined.
- Coverage is a count“412 of 412 passages examined, 0 failed” — never “we looked through the document”.
- Quotes are checkedEvery finding's quote is matched against the source text. The ones read from images are labelled so reviewers check those first.
- One document or a whole folderSweep a set at once, or attach a policy to a knowledge base so new documents are swept on arrival.

Sweep the tender for its requirements and each bid for its commitments, and TotalRAG builds the matrix a bid committee spends days on. When a bidder supplies its own compliance table, TotalRAG reads it — and then checks it against everything else the bidder wrote.

A count is computed, not estimated.
Excel and CSV files are loaded as real tables, sheet by sheet. A question about the numbers becomes a query over your rows — and the answer shows the query, the rows it analysed, and whether an independent second pass agreed.
The working is shown. Source sheet, rows analysed, execution time, the SQL — and a cross-check that re-runs it independently.
Connect PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL / MariaDB or SQLite and ask in plain language. Queries are validated as read-only before they run.
Ask in Arabic, get the answer in Arabic.
Arabic isn't run through a translator. Regulations, policies and scanned Arabic documents are read in Arabic — right to left, with their article numbering intact — and answered with the same citations as English.
